After we have carefully listened to what you want and under the dentist’s professional guidance, we will be able to create a customised treatment plan for you and discuss the available treatments and estimated costs.
A £60 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining £90 due on the day of your appointment.
Please note that this fee is fully refundable if you notify us of your cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made with shorter notice or failed appointments.
What our patients say about us
Cold Sores
We know that cold sores can be unexpected, inconvenient and painful.
They are also highly contagious, and our dentists and hygienists must follow strict Infection Control Guidelines to prevent the spread of the cold sore virus to both patients and staff.
The virus can be spread by direct contact or by water droplets (aerosols) generated by our dental equipment. This may spread the virus to other areas of the face, including the eyes, potentially leading to serious complications, including loss of sight.
If your appointment is not an emergency, we will need to reschedule it once your cold sore has completely healed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand we only have your health and the health of our team in mind.
