Replace your missing teeth with a tooth implant

The gold standard solution for a missing tooth.

Reverse jawbone loss.

If you are missing one or more teeth and want a solution that looks, feels and functions like the real thing, Dental Implants could be the answer. Implants replace the tooth root as well as the crown, so you can bite, chew and smile with confidence again – without worrying about loose dentures, gaps in photos or avoiding certain foods. They also help prevent bone loss and the “sunken” look that can follow tooth loss, supporting your facial shape over the long term.

Led by Cosmetic Dentist Dr Lenore Bronkhorst, who has over 40 years’ experience, our Plymouth implant clinic provides everything from single‑tooth implants to full‑arch restorations, bone grafts and sinus lifts under one roof.

After a detailed 1‑hour assessment with 3D scanning, we’ll explain your options clearly, answer all your questions and create a tailored plan that fits your goals, timeline and budget. Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, with the option of IV sedation if you feel anxious.

Conveniently located just off Mutley Plain with nearby free parking, we make it easy to fit life‑changing implant treatment around work and family commitments.

If you are ready to eat, speak and smile with confidence again, contact our friendly team today to book your dental implant consultation in Plymouth.

Dental Implants Before and After

Implant procedure

When you visit us for an initial consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and recommend the implant solutions that best suit you.

We will then undertake an oral health assessment. Good oral hygiene and healthy gums give your operation the best chance of success and help avoid dental infections and more severe complications.

If you have any oral health issues, such as tooth decay, gingivitis, or gum disease, our Dental Hygienist will help you address them before the surgery.

Our state-of-the-art scanning machine will take multiple scans and X-rays of your mouth and jaw, producing high-resolution 3D images of your mouth, including teeth, jaws, soft tissue, and bones – all with high levels of detail to enable precision planning to help fit your implant.

On the day of your surgery, we use a simple procedure to place the titanium screw in your jawbone. We’ll then place a temporary crown or bridge to fill the gap while you wait for the implant to heal. If you currently wear dentures, you can continue wearing them.
