Is it ever too late to get teeth implants?

Often, no. There is usually no upper age limit for dental implants, as long as you are in good general health and have enough jawbone to support them.

Older adults may still be good candidates, even if you’ve been missing teeth for years.

However, implants are not suitable for everyone. Severe medical conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, or significant bone loss can make treatment harder or require extra steps such as bone grafting. So it is not usually “too late,” but the treatment plan may need more preparation.
